    Best Cava and Amazing Wines!

A sample of our most precious, unique and naturally made values.

The names of the wines have the common denominator of being terms used in classical music. Because a good wine, in order for nothing to go out of tune, has to come out of the bottle like a symphony in which each instrument occupies its place and its moment.

We chose the name “Buccella,” which means “mouthful” in Latin, to evoke the big, bold, concentrated layers that make our wines so luxuriously flavorful. Even our logo, which was designed by UXUS, is inspired by the perfect mouthful, offering a contemporary take on the “tastevin,” a small silver cup traditionally used for wine tasting.

Wines with Puglia in the lead

In our seven estates in the province of Foggia we carefully raise the grapes for Teanum wines. In the cellar, then, thanks to the mastery of our oenologist, these are transformed into fragrant wines, which tell the story of Puglia at home, throughout Italy and the world.

The heritage of the Estate dates back two centuries to 1821 when ownership of the Napa Valley transitioned from Spain to Mexico. Twenty years later the Napa Valley was divided into two parcels through a land grant given by Governor Juan Alvarado —Rancho Caymus to the South, and Rancho Carne Humana to the North. Sullivan’s property lies on this historic division.

In 1918, brothers Adolphe and Virgil Galleron acquired 402 acres in Rutherford with the purpose of farming the land and building a family business. The Rutherford ranch was primarily used for raising sheep and a variety of agricultural crops including walnuts, prunes, peaches, and grapes. Their surname is the namesake for Galleron Road where the winery is located today.

A new era began with James O’Neil Sullivan’s passion for creating great wine.

Jim Sullivan’s interest in wine was ignited in the 1950s with a simple grape arbor given to him and his new bride as a wedding gift and he began to make wine at home before moving his family to Rutherford. and establishing Sullivan in 1972.

Predating the 1976 Judgement of Paris which famously recognized Napa Valley wines as among the best in the world, Jim was a true visionary and pioneer establishing Sullivan in 1972.

For nearly five decades, the Estate was an oasis for wine lovers. The Sullivans quietly sold wine directly to their friends and family and the winery remained relatively undiscovered for many years.

Rubin Winery was founded in 1955 and has over 6 decades of history. The company's wine cellar has a capacity of 22.5 million liters, while the capacity of the cognac-type beverage cellar is 15 million liters, of which 6 million is in oak barrels (12,000 oak barrels of 500l for aging distillates), which makes it one of the largest wooden cellars in Europe.

Rubin's portfolio includes wines and spirits, with over 80 products. In the category of wines there are table, quality and premium wines, as well as sparkling wines that are produced by the classic Champenoise method. Rubin's Vinjak, Vodka, Pelinkovac, liqueurs for cocktails and brandies, are well-known brands in the category of spirits. A significant innovation in the production of alcoholic beverages are new canned products: wine with soda, Vinjak Cola and Barman RTD.

The company's annual sales are over 17 million liters of alcoholic beverages. The products are exported to over 20 countries around the world, from America to Australia. In foreign markets, it competes exclusively with quality.

We are zealously looking for reliable partner within Canada that might be interested in importing and distributing our products.

Gostolai wines are born to valorize the singular characteristics of the grapes, given not only by the vines, but by terroir, obtaining that way a wine who's not only good for the final consumer, but is also unique by being infused with all the surrounding environmental flavours and tastes.

Our strong conviction is that the wine shouldn't just be a good commercial product born by technology, with the goal to satisfy a hedonistic need, but a product where technology is used not to create the wine, but to enhance the natural characteristics and the tipicity of the fruit of origin.
