Worthy Park Estate was founded in 1670 and is a sugar plantation, sugar factory and distillery located in Jamaica.
We re-started rum production with the opening of a state-of-the-art distillery in 2004 and all of our rum is distilled in the traditional Jamaican method in 100% copper pot stills.
Our rums are aged in once-used American White Oak Bourbon barrels and the tropical climate adds to the maturity of the rums.
There are three brands we bottle under the Rum-Bar brand:
Rum-Bar Rum: a white overproof (63% abv) rum that is a blend of three un-aged rums; a true Jamaican overproof rum
Rum-Bar Gold: our premium gold rum (40% abv) that is a blend of aged rums, with a minimum age of 4 years old; a perfect rum for drinking neat or with your favorite mixer.
Rum-Bar Rum Cream: a combination of our rum with real cream and other ingredients (15%abv); perfect for adding to your coffee, on ice or even over your favorite dessert.
In addition, we ship Bulk rums of different marks throughout the globe. We ship rum in barrels, IBC Tanks or by the tanker load.
