I am representing Tsurumi Brewing, a traditional sake maker with a 140-year history, located in Aichi prefecture. They are now eager to enter the overseas market and have a very high quality and attractive product -- Sushi Sake.
Though there are a growing number of imported and locally produced sake products in B.C., we believe that with the catchy name, and elegant label and bottle, combined with a refined taste especially made to accompany sushi, Sushi Sake could be an excellent seller in restaurants and liquor stores.
Sushi Sake is offered in five grades, Junmai Daiginjo, Daiginjo, Junmai Ginjo, Ginjo and Junmai, depending on the rice variety and degree of milling, and it comes in 300ml, 720ml and 1,800ml bottle sizes.
