Borgo la Caccia Wine Estate, our property is located on the Morenic Hills of the Lake Garda between the provinces of Verona and Mantova. The vineyard area extends 37 hectares where we grow white grapes such as Lugana, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc and red wine grape varieties like merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carmènere. Our wines are trained in the Guyot system. We are blessed by the magical charme of the Lake Garda surroundings, a touching landscape that give tranquillity and peace to the soul, a jubilation of colours and fragrances, harmony of all senses.
The vineyard has been funded in the late 90th and since then, our philosophy includes some essential principles like valorization of nature, research of natural production methods to limit intervention on the final product, combine the most modern technologies with traditional wine production, perform the wine production activities in a working environment filled with art, nature and tradition, where technology and traditional modes coexist.
